Snowprise!

blur_edges

Very early in the morning,
as the sun comes up,
snowmen leave their yards and go to a solitary place,
where they meet with Jesus and pray.

—Mark 1:35 (Winter version)

Your Response: Take a few minutes and meet with Jesus in prayer. Pray: Holy Spirit, here I am, listening, and available to You. May I rest in Your presence as You pray a blessing over me.

(In the silence, listen with your spiritual ears and rest in the quiet. What do you hear or sense?)

We hope the surgery went well, and that you heard the beautiful blessing Jesus prays over you (and Elijah). Thanks, Sue. Love, K and K

So Jesus prayed a blessing over me of comfort in knowing that he is here always for me in good times and in bad, and he never leaves. If I have questions and doubt myself turn my mind back to him and ask the question, he will answer??

That’s snow-surprise, is it?! Yes, He is always there for each of us and He never leaves. Isn’t it a beautiful gift to hear His voice? We are so blessed! Thanks, DD, for a beautiful reminder.

Suddenly, the glory
of the God of Israel
appeared from the east.
The sound of his coming was like
the roar of rushing waters,
and the whole landscape
shone with his glory.
